THE HOME STRETCH

Twenty two months and twenty six states later I am near the end of the line. I've had a nice hiatus the last few weeks since the conventions but now I am making that mad dash to the finish line of "that journey I started that cold day in Springfield".

Through all of this I have made a ton of friends, learned that I am more resourseful than I ever gave myself credit for, and seen American democracy at it's best and worst. I've seen way more of the best than the worst fyi.

In six days and quite possibly as many states if not more, I'll see how this whole thing turns out. This has been a blessing and a curse all at once. I wouldn't have traded it for the world.
